If you’re looking to purchase products online, it can be hard to figure out if you can trust the vendor or not—especially if they don’t have a stated shipping policy or return policy on their website. Gentleman's  Request features free shipping on all orders, so we don’t have to worry about paying extra for delivery when buying from our site. Delivery Problems
We're so sorry if you had a problem with your order! We want to do everything we can to make things right. If the package was not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible. It is important that you include the following information:
-Order number
-Name on delivery
-Day of attempted delivery
-Address of attempted delivery

Delivery Time Frame
All of our products are made to order. We will send you an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Freight Shipments
All of our products are available for freight shipment. Freight charges will be applied to your order based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of your shipment. You will be contacted by a customer service representative with a shipping quote prior to your order being processed. Once you have approved the shipping quote, your order will be processed and shipped within three to five business days. Our standard carrier is FedEx Ground; we do not ship orders with them internationally. All shipments are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Please note that there may be delays in delivery during inclement weather conditions or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

The items in this catalog are very fragile and should be treated with care. The way the items are packaged depends on the size of the item and its fragility. To help protect them during shipping, the items are usually double-boxed or in a sturdy container that is taped shut at both ends.
