I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with the item, please send it back in an original condition within 10 days of recipient for a refund of the purchase price. Our address is: 7524 Abilene St Houston, TX 77020. Please enclose a note with your order number.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes, we can replace the item, but please note that we recommend ordering a new item at the checkout as it will be much quicker. In order to send the replacement item, we need to wait a certain amount of time for the damaged item to be returned back to us.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once we receive the item back from the post office, we will refund your payment. Please keep the proof of postage and ask your local delivery office for one, in order to track the journey of the returned item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro, Solo, PayPal and Apply Pay.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery service takes usually 4-10 working days. If you have not received the item during this time frame, please check in your local mail delivery office, where you just need delivery name and the address.

I received the item but is damaged. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, remember that we are here to help. In order to advise we just need your order number and a picture showing the damaged of the item. Our support team is here to help and sort the issue.

How can I write a review on a product?

  1. On any product page, you will see a button titled “Write a Review”
  2. Once you click at that button you will see Ratings, Review title and body. Please fill in as much information as you had like. You can also insert your name, where you leave your email address.
  3. Please ticked the “I’m not a robot” place.
  4. Then click on the green button ‘submit review’ button.
